Catch me, I’m slow.

After three years of injury rehab and baby making I’m out at races again. Living proof that you don’t need to train all the time, or have a particular body type, or be able to move at a particular speed to get out there and have some fun!

49th Annual Dick Houston Memorial Woodminster Cross Country Trail Race

This race is NO JOKE. It’s 9 miles of hills and if it’s not hills, then it’s roots. Or Roots and hills.

Bonus – I will get an additional four minutes of handicap compared to the last time I ran this, but I’m in much better shape!
